LÁtelier is a bespoke agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. LÁtelier the agency is dedicated to managing a global Luxury client and we are currently looking for an integrated Associate Director to join us.
As an integrated Associate Director, you'll have responsibility for running a portfolio of high-profile maisons spanning across multiple categories – Fashion, Perfumes, Beauty and Cosmetics and Wine and Spirits, with services scope focused on delivering superior communications, planning and overseeing media campaign implementation management.
There is frequent client contact. In this role, you will manage & oversee all aspects of client’s advertising to meet client objectives and be the primary point of contact for clients and other internal specialised units for your assigned accounts.

Measures of success –
In three months:
- On boarded onto the key accounts with full induction/training into all of the other facets of the business such as trading, specialised services (internal and within GroupM).
- Built good relationships with your team and helped them deliver even better work
- Gained the trust and respect of the clients
In six months:
- Established yourself as a trusted advisor with designated clients, as reflected in formal client feedback/review
- Managed and delivered effective campaigns and showed strategic leadership
- Be able to identify opportunities to drive innovation and efficiencies for the client
In 12 months:
- Become an integral part of the core team and a valued member of the agency
- The proof of your success will be clients’ satisfaction and increasing business profit / commercial results
Responsibilities of the role:
- Taking client briefs and managing them through planning through to buying, delivery and execution, to post campaign reports and billing
- Oversee and quality control of media monitoring, proof of performance, campaign optimization, and post-analysis to ensure client objectives are met
- Anticipate, review and present point-of-views on media trends, issues, developments, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients and have a good understanding of our client's business
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with key media vendors and internal teams
- Managing senior executive or executive to ensure their continued development
What you will need:
- Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience in a media or advertising agency
- Experienced in a client-facing role
- Comfortable on high profile accounts that require resilience and high EQ to effectively communicate to a multi-level client structure – local, regional and global
- Strong digital and performance background. Direct to consumer performance experience would be an advantage
- Analytical and evidence based, and calm under pressure
- Strong growth mindset or willing to learn a growth mindset to explore solutions and not just deliveries
- Organized, operationally efficient, and passionate about advertising
- Looking for a new challenge and a step up in your career
- A positive attitude can take guidance and be proactive
